Our WPFC Junior Presentation Day and team photos will be held on Sunday, 20 September at the Bicentennial Club, West Pymble.

The schedule is very tight, so please arrive promptly and ensure your child is ready before their allocated time. Coaches and managers are responsible for assembling their teams for both the presentation and photograph, and delays may affect every team that follows.

​

Team photographs will be digital-only this year, reducing both our environmental footprint and the administration involved in distributing them. Photos cost $20 and will be emailed directly to each purchaser.

​

Team photos are an important fundraising activity for WPFC. Please register and purchase your own copy rather than sharing another team member’s photograph, as the club must cover the photographer’s costs.

​

To help everything run smoothly, we strongly encourage families to register and pay before the event. 
 

Food and refreshments will be available from the club’s Bistro Grab & Go menu.

​

Please note that outside food and drinks cannot be brought onto the club premises.

​

A few important reminders for the day:

• Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

• Please follow the club’s rules regarding safe play on and around the bowling greens.

• All attendees must comply with the WPFC and venue codes of conduct.

• Please respect the club premises and facilities and ensure that children do not damage any part of the venue.
