For Community & social teams, we aim to encourage a parent volunteer from within the team to volunteer to coach the team. 

If the team is unable to find a parent volunteer, the club can arrange a paid coach which will incur an extra fee per player to cover this cost. The cost will be determined based on the experience level of the coach.

For Development teams, a paid coach is assigned to the team and there is an extra fee per player. This cost will be shared during the team set-up stage.
