DRIBL

This page aims to provide some clarity around the use of DRIBL for different age groups, particularly to those of you who are new volunteers.  The information on this page reflects current competition rules as confirmed by the NSFA, who run the competition we participate in.

MiniRoos Teams (U6–U11, including JDL)

If you're coaching or managing a MiniRoos team:

 

The DRIBL mobile app will allow you to:

• View the location and time of matches in the draw.

• Enter scores after the game.

• Managers will also be able to see the opposition manager’s contact details (coaches do not have access to these).

• Instructions for entering scores can be found here.

• If you'd like to see your team list, you’ll need to log in via the desktop/laptop version of DRIBL, and you must be allocated as the team’s coach or manager.

• Borrowing players at this level is based on an honesty system—there’s no need to record this in DRIBL. If you need help contacting other teams to borrow players, feel free to reach out to the Registrars at registrar@wpfc.com.au. We can also clarify borrowing rules if you're unsure.

• To manage player availability, please continue using your team’s chosen communication platform (e.g. WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Teamer, etc.).

Junior (U12+) and Senior Teams

If you're managing or coaching a Junior or Senior team:

​

• You must submit a match card for each game. This will include your players listed under home or away within the app.

• All players should have a photo on their profile. If a player is missing a photo, please urgently email one to registrar@wpfc.com.au. More info on how this works can be found here.

• When you borrow a player, they must be added to the match card. You’ll see an orange “B” next to their name to indicate they are borrowed.

• Please note: the ability for players (12+) to indicate their availability via DRIBL is temporarily not working—we are following this up.
