The West Pymble Football Club (WPFC) values your privacy. WPFC will not use any personal information submitted through this website or collected by other means, for any purpose other than that for which the information is intended, unless permission is given by the owner of the information (or their legal guardian). Any information disclosed will be handled in the strictest confidence.
This privacy statement applies specifically to the website and member electronic communications facilities of the WPFC. The WPFC Privacy Policy is available upon request made to the club Secretary (secretary@wpfc.com.au).
This website contains public areas that may be viewed from any Internet connected computer. Other areas are restricted to access only by members of the WPFC. It is important to the WPFC that our members retain their privacy when they make use of these online facilities.
The WPFC collects personal information from you to enable us to communicate with you by e-mail or by text message, to improve our website and to personalise our service to you. We may use information where you would reasonably expect us to do so and where it is related to an activity for which your information was originally collected. For example, we may provide you with newsletters, activity information, or other information that we think will interest you, according to the preferences you have determined. We will also use the information for registration with Ku-ring-gai & District Soccer Association (KDSA) as well as our own internal membership administration and analysis.
While you are not obligated to provide us with the information requested, not supplying the information may affect the level of service and benefits available to you.
The personal information you give us in registering your membership of the WPFC will be protected by us from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or modification.
The WPFC will not release (i.e. disclose, sell, rent or otherwise) the personal or sensitive information it holds unless required or provided for by law, or with the consent of the individual to whom the information relates, or to enforce the terms and conditions of use of our web site, to protect and defend the rights and interests or property of the WPFC or in exceptional circumstances to prevent a threat to life or health.
The WPFC is committed to ensuring that your personal information held about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If any of the information you have given us changes at any time, you can change this record yourself by contacting the club Registrar (registrar@wpfc.com.au).

The WPFC website is owned and operated by West Pymble Football Club inc (ABN 65 722 504 176) ('WPFC'). Your access to the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the website (known collectively as 'Terms of Use'). Your use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. WPFC reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. The WPFC website contains email transmission facilities, electronic bulletin boards and other communication facilities which provide for feedback by users to the club, real-time interaction between users (including individuals referred to as members and guests) and other electronic messaging and notice services ('Communication Facilities'). It is a condition of your use of any Communication Facility and your access to the website that you do not do any of the following:

WPFC may from time to time monitor or review the contents of its Communication Facilities. While WPFC reserves its right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information and/or materials (in whole or in part) that in WPFC's sole discretion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or the Terms of Use, WPFC has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any Communication Facility or to edit, delete or refuse to post such contents, nor is WPFC responsible for any contents in any Communication Facilities (including any information, comments and/or advice of any individual referred to as member or guest whose statements on the website are solely their own). You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Communication Facilities provide a means of public and not private communications. WPFC reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law.
